Story

A client at one of my companies had a unique situation where his company accessed data from a popular ERP tool, Quickbase, but in Alaska where the internet wasn’t always reliable. The company needed things like PDF documents, tables of inspections logs, and worker tasks. Because the data was business critical, he needed a way to access that data offline. So I wrote this tool. The tool interfaces with Quickbase to save all tables, their records, fields, and attachments as a backup for offline use in areas of low connectivity. All data can be backed up to a configurable SFTP or Sharepoint site.
